BRIDAL JEWELLRY RENTAL POLICY

1. Rental Duration
   •    Standard rental period: 2 days (48 hours).
   •    Extension available at ₹500/day, subject to availability.
   •    Late returns will incur a penalty of ₹1000/day.

2. Security Deposit
   •    A refundable security deposit (typically 50% of rental value) is collected at the time of booking.
   •    Deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after item return and quality check.

3. Booking & Cancellation
   •    Advance booking recommended to ensure availability.
   •    50% advance payment required to confirm booking.
   •    Cancellations:
   •    48+ hours before pickup: Full refund.
   •    Within 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee.
   •    No-shows: No refund.

4. Damage or Loss
   •    Renters are fully responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss.
   •    Cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit or charged additionally if required.

5. Try-On & Trial
   •    Try-on available only by appointment.
   •    A small trial fee may be applicable for selected high-value pieces.
